The Eden

G.A. White Homes is delighted to welcome ‘The Eden’ to our 2023 Fall Showcase. This moody and modern estate is set in the heart of our newest development, White Barn Trails, and defies conventional living expectations. The seemingly majestic and grand stone exterior will leave you wanting more. Upon entering the double doors into the estate, you are welcomed into an immediate feeling of comfort and sophistication as you stand below a 21-foot ceiling and vast golden chandelier. As you progress further into the home, you are met with a dual grand living space complete with a double-sided fireplace featuring one wing to unwind with a great book and a latte and another to lounge with your loved ones and a classic film.

Extending this fleeting living space, you will find a dual tone kitchen complete with floor to ceiling perimeter cabinets and a quartzite island masterfully merged with leather-finished bar level seating. The wall of dark-stained wooden cabinets conceals three Sub-Zero refrigerators. At the heart of the kitchen, a custom 60” stainless steel and brass adorned hood vent over the 60” Wolf range with a French cooktop, is sure to inspire many appetizing gourmet creations to share. Ascending a striking staircase with dark stained quarter-sawn oak balusters and custom iron railings, the upper level presents a departure from the muted tones below. Here, the primary suite unfolds in a tapestry of velvets and satins. The layout revolves around a light-stone fireplace complete with a large sitting nook. You can gaze out of the massive windows to the lush pines of White Barn Trails and across the fenced in backyard oasis complete with a luxurious pool below.
